Streptococcal Meningitis Treatment

Introduction - This disease normaly known as a brain disease. And comes under disease of nervous system. There is every part of body connected to nervous system. Only then the brain can control voluntary or involuntary action. Every information of the body part transmitted by the nervous system in to brain only then every decision of brain transmitted by nervous system to body parts and it's happen very fast.

as i said meningitis is brain disease it only caused by swell of meninges in brain. And produce disturbance in brain this disease is frequenty dangrous to young pigs (weaner piglrtd)

This matter can be arrises by a wide range bacteria like listeria or streptococcal.

Hindi -  (परिचय - इस रोग को सामान्यत: मस्तिष्क रोग के रूप में जाना जाता है। और तंत्रिका तंत्र के रोग के अंतर्गत आता है। शरीर का हर अंग तंत्रिका तंत्र से जुड़ा होता है। तभी मस्तिष्क स्वैच्छिक या अनैच्छिक क्रिया को नियंत्रित कर सकता है। शरीर के अंग की प्रत्येक सूचना तंत्रिका तंत्र द्वारा मस्तिष्क में संचारित होती है, तभी मस्तिष्क का प्रत्येक निर्णय तंत्रिका तंत्र द्वारा शरीर के अंगों तक पहुँचाया जाता है और यह बहुत तेजी से होता है।

जैसा कि मैंने कहा कि मेनिन्जाइटिस मस्तिष्क रोग है, यह केवल मस्तिष्क में मेनिन्जेस की सूजन के कारण होता है। और मस्तिष्क में गड़बड़ी पैदा करता है यह रोग युवा सूअरों के लिए अक्सर खतरनाक होता है।

यह मामला लिस्टेरिया या स्ट्रेप्टोकोकल जैसे विस्तृत श्रृंखला के बैक्टीरिया द्वारा उत्पन्न हो सकता है।)

And this cause also arrises by viruses like RABIES

These bacteria and viruses can gain access in blood stream through BOUND, TOOTH, NEVAL. and circulate around the body and get settling out in the brain. and they can be also get access in joints which caused arthritis.

SYMPTOMES - The earliest sign is depression in pig by streptococcal meningitis infection. separation from the group and a vacant look. He may not eat. He may be falter when he move one place to another, and their poop temperature exceed 40 degree C. If these sign arrises may be no chance to treat the pig - EXAMPLE- infected pig laying in one side on the floor and peddling with all legs. And his head up and eye out of control and his jaw stiff. and latter case death. It is only happen when the disease in advance stages. before this we can treat the pig and recover them.

Hindi - (लक्षण - सबसे पहला संकेत स्ट्रेप्टोकोकल मेनिनजाइटिस संक्रमण द्वारा सुअर में अनमना है। समूह से अलग होना और खाली बेठे रहेना हे । खाना नहीं खाता  है। जब वह एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर जाता है तो वह लड़खड़ाता है, और उनके मल का तापमान 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस से अधिक हो सकता  है। यदि ये संकेत आते हैं तो सुअर के इलाज का कोई मौका नहीं हो सकता है - उदाहरण- संक्रमित सुअर फर्श पर एक तरफ गिर जाता है और सभी पैरों के साथ पेडलिंग कर रहा है। . और उसका सिर ऊपर और आंख नियंत्रण से बाहर और उसका जबड़ा सख्त हो गया। और आगे चलकर मौत हो जाती हे। यह तभी होता है जब बीमारी एडवांस स्टेज में हो। इससे पहले हम सुअर का इलाज कर उन्हें ठीक कर सकते हैं।)

Treatment - With early treatment may save the piglets, it usually take 5 to 10 days duration. In this case we use several antibiotics mainly I use penicillin & Xylazine in my farm to treat streptococcal meningitis.

The penicillin is antibacterial drug. I prefer AMOXICILLIN & AMPHICILLIN for meningitis and also use XYLAZINE this drug treat Sedative and Analgesic & Muscle relaxant.

If you identified infected piglet do separate from the group. You need to do this as earliest possible. Now give any one antibiotic like AMOXACILLIN and use Xylazine 1ml every day. You can also use B-complex for vitamin. 

We need to provide some special care of such kind piglets because they are unable to eat and drink so may cause dehydration. So we need to give feed and water time to time by our hand through spoon or also can use syringe.

Example - How I save my piglet at this situation. First I separate infected pig from the herd and I take one cup feed and soak them with water after that I fed my piglet by syringe, and give antibiotic every day or if the situation is critical then I use these antibiotic 2 time in a day (morning & Evening). If piglet has fever then I use Paracetamol Injection.

(उपचार - प्रारंभिक उपचार से सूअरों को बचाया जा सकता है, इसमें आमतौर पर 5 से 10 दिन लगते हैं। इस मामले में हम कई एंटीबायोटिक दवाओं का उपयोग करते हैं, मुख्य रूप से मैं अपने खेत में स्ट्रेप्टोकोकल मेनिन्जाइटिस के इलाज के लिए पेनिसिलिन और जाइलज़ीन का उपयोग करता हूं।

पेनिसिलिन जीवाणुरोधी दवा है। मैं मेनिन्जाइटिस के लिए एमोक्सिसिलिन और एम्फीसिलिन पसंद करता हूं और ज़ाइलाज़िन का भी उपयोग करता हूं, यह दवा शामक और एनाल्जेसिक और मांसपेशियों को आराम देने वाली है।

यदि आपने संक्रमित सुअर की पहचान की है तो समूह से अलग करें। आपको इसे जल्द से जल्द करने की आवश्यकता है। अब AMOXACILLIN जैसा कोई एक एंटीबायोटिक दें और हर दिन Xylazine 1ml का उपयोग करें। विटामिन के लिए आप बी-कॉम्प्लेक्स का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

हमें ऐसे सूअरों की कुछ विशेष देखभाल करने की आवश्यकता है क्योंकि वे खाने और पीने में असमर्थ हैं इसलिए निर्जलीकरण का कारण बन सकते हैं। इसलिए हमें समय-समय पर चम्मच से अपने हाथ से चारा और पानी देना चाहिए या सिरिंज का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

उदाहरण - इस स्थिति में मैं अपने सुअर को कैसे बचाऊं। पहले मैं संक्रमित सुअर को झुंड से अलग करता हूं और एक कप चारा लेता हूं और उन्हें पानी से भिगो देता हूं, उसके बाद मैंने अपने सूअर को सिरिंज से खिलाया, और हर दिन एंटीबायोटिक देता हूं या यदि स्थिति गंभीर है तो मैं दिन में 2 बार इन एंटीबायोटिक का उपयोग करता हूं ( सुबह शाम)। अगर पिगलेट को बुखार है तो मैं पैरासिटामोल इंजेक्शन का इस्तेमाल करता हूं।
